This programme is about developing delegates in their role as team leaders and how they can use their skills to manage change effectively.  Participants will work in live issues throughout this 2 day module. 

The programme will be structured around change taking place within their organisation and participants will be able to try out a range of techniques and models. At the end of the programme managers will be confident in their ability to manage change and successfully manage their teams through that change.
